Full-Court Brand Management · Cincinnati–Dayton corridor Your reputation might stop at the county line… It should not.

Many owner-operated businesses are in a fine position. The work is excellent, but the reputation may travel no further than the county line. The fix is not a louder message. It is a more targeted one, refined by a team solely committed to managing a brand. That means every platform a buyer checks: your website, your Google Business Profile, Apple Business, your social accounts, Yelp, Dun & Bradstreet and the Better Business Bureau.

01Through a buyer’s eyesEvery platform, in cadence

Every place a buyer checks. One story in all of them.

Before a buyer calls, they check every place your business appears. Most small and mid-sized businesses have a profile on every one of these already. They were set up years apart, by different people, and they no longer agree with each other. We take them over and keep them aligned with the site you own.

  1. 01They search

    Google Business Profile

Categories, hours, services, photos, posts and review responses kept current. It is the listing most buyers see before they ever reach the website.

  2. 02They ask Siri

    Apple Business

The listing behind Apple Maps, Siri and Spotlight on every iPhone. Hours, photos and categories kept current for the buyers who never open Google at all.

  3. 03They compare

    Yelp

Listing accuracy, photographs and presence on the page where buyers line you up against the alternative and compare.

  4. 04They scroll

    Social accounts

Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn publishing on a set cadence, carrying the same narrative as the site rather than whatever was handy that week.

  5. 05They visit

    Your website

The one asset no platform can throttle or delete. Fast, readable by search engines without waiting on scripts, and the place every other profile points back to.

    Source of truth
  6. 06Lenders check

    Dun & Bradstreet

The record lenders, insurers and prime contractors pull before they decide. Accurate, current, and consistent with everything else you publish.

  7. 07They verify

    Better Business Bureau

Profile and accreditation details matching the rest of your footprint, so a buyer checking your standing finds the same business they saw everywhere else.

A buyer decides about you long before they ever call. Every profile they find is answering on your behalf.

02The cost of doing nothingThe invoice nobody sends

Doing nothing feels free. It isn’t.

When the places a buyer checks disagree with each other, the loss never arrives as a bill. It arrives as the call that never came. Because none of it shows up on an invoice, it rarely gets counted. Put your own numbers on it, then weigh it against what it costs to keep every platform right.

03LeadershipA letter from our founder

Balance sheet work, done in advance.

To the owner,

Most owner-operated businesses are worth more than the market believes they are. Not because the market is wrong. Because nobody has ever told it otherwise.

I have spent my career inside family-held businesses, and a meaningful part of it in the rooms where those businesses were valued, negotiated, and sold. That is an unusual background for someone who does marketing, and it is the reason I do it the way I do.

A buyer pays for what they can see and verify: a name the market already recognizes, customers who came to you rather than the other way around, and a reputation that exists somewhere other than in the owner's head.

Marketing is usually filed under expense. It belongs closer to the balance sheet. Every quarter you spend being excellent and invisible is a quarter of enterprise value you're building for someone else's benefit, or for nobody's.

We build the position, we produce the work, and where you want us to, we run it, on every platform your name appears. What we will not do is sell you volume. I am not interested in making you louder. I am interested in making the market's understanding of your business match the truth of it.

If you have built something good and quiet, I would love to hear about it.

04Where it startsThe Market Position Assessment
Before anything is published

A working session inside your business. Findings in five.

We look at every place your business already appears: the site, Google, Apple Business, the social accounts, Yelp, Dun & Bradstreet, the Better Business Bureau and the directories. Then we write down what we find.

What you receiveWritten findings
  1. Where you are invisible to the buyers who should know you
  2. Where you are misrepresented, online and in the market
  3. A priority order for what to fix first
  4. What waiting costs, in your own numbers

05The cadenceWhen every platform agrees

A schedule, not a scramble.

Brand management is a rhythm. The working session sets direction, the work publishes on a known cadence, and every profile gets checked against the same facts, so the narrative holds while you run the business.

Exhibit 2, your digital footprint: your website at the centre as the source of truth, with your Google Business Profile, Apple Business, Bing Places for Business, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Yelp, Dun & Bradstreet, the Better Business Bureau and directories all pointing back to it.

Same name, same phone, same hours, same story, character for character, on every platform. Search engines resolve you as one business, and so do buyers.

Every session

Publishing

Written content, photography direction and collateral produced by us, then published on the site and across the profiles on a set schedule instead of in bursts.

Continuous

Profiles and reviews

Google, Apple Business, Yelp, Dun & Bradstreet and the Better Business Bureau kept accurate, with review responses handled as part of managing the profile rather than left to pile up.

QuestionsAsked and answered

Plain answers, before you ask.

What owners usually want to know before the first conversation. Anything else, just ask.

What does Queen & Vine manage?

Every platform a buyer checks: your website, your Google Business Profile, Apple Business, your social accounts, Yelp, Dun & Bradstreet and the Better Business Bureau. We keep them consistent with each other and pointing back to the site you own.

What does doing nothing cost?

Usually nothing you will see on an invoice. It shows up as the buyer who found different hours, the call that went to an old number, or the review nobody answered. The Market Position Assessment puts your own numbers on it, so you can weigh it against what it costs to keep every platform right.

How does it start?

With an introductory conversation. Then a working session at your business, led by our founder, Tiffany L. Reed, and written findings within five business days.

What are the engagement levels?

Three, scoped to what the assessment finds. Level I, Advisory & Roadmap, meets monthly. Level II, Roadmap & Content, meets every other week and adds the work we produce for you. Level III, Content & Execution, meets weekly and adds campaign execution, publishing and PR outreach.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term contract is required. Month to month is always an option, and you can end it with 30 days' written notice.

Do you buy ads?

No. We are not an ad agency and we do not sell placement. If media buying is what you need, we will say so rather than sell you something else.

Where do you work?

Across the Cincinnati–Dayton corridor plus Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana, on site for the working session and in cadence from there.

Who will I work with?

Tiffany L. Reed, our founder. She runs every engagement herself, starting with the working session on site.
